My first service as a pseudo-architect haha!

Hindi naman sa ako'y nagpapanggap lang na architect. nagkataon lang na estudyante pa lang ako ng arkitektura. hehe. natutuwa lang ako dahil i was able to render an architectural service and i got paid. hehe. ang saya kasi this is the first time na kumita ako ng pera dahil sa course ko.. maliit lang ang fee but for a first timer, ok na sa kin syempre. ang mahalaga, nasubukan ko na ring rumaket hehe :D

May nagpagawa kasi sa kin nang perspective ng isang medicine manufacturing company. Friend ko un. Para un sa marketing class nila sa FEU. Bale ang mina-market nila e isang klase ng medicine (hindi ko alam kung ano) tapos kailangan nila ng plano ng mismong factory for that. It should be a complete set of plans (floor plans, section, elevs) but gahol na sa oras. nung wednesday lang kasi sinabi sa kin tapos kanina ung deadline kaya ayun sabi gawa na lang ako ng perspective ng naisip kong design/plan..

Medicine Manufacturing Company

· 4- storey building that is located on a commercial space
· Total area of 320 m2 per floor
· Parking at front for employees and customers
· Parking at the back for delivery trucks
· Ground floor consists of the administration offices and area for delivery. A café/ canteen is also included for the employees and it could also cater to non-employees.
· The second floor is allocated for research and development
· The third and fourth floors relate to the manufacturing, production and packaging of the merchandise.
